You will receive a confirmation email to inform you only that your order has been received. A contract will not exist between us however until you receive a second email from us informing you that your order has been accepted. This measure has been included in the terms and conditions in order to protect us in cases where a mistake has been made in the pricing and we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or where we are no longer able to supply a particular product for any reason.

In cases involving a change of price, we will always contact you before proceeding with your order to ensure that the revised price is acceptable to you.
