Sales, Returns and Cancellations
All orders are subject to an additional charge to cover postage and packaging. When it becomes necessary to split an order, the total charge for postage and packaging is applied to the first part of the order and no further charges are levied when the remainder of the order is dispatched.
Exact postage is charged on all International Orders.
Kingfisher Music does not supply complete sets of music on a sale or return basis and does not accept returns of goods (sheet music) for credit or exchange unless the goods are faulty or have been supplied in error.
All orders of sheet music are printed to order using the preferred printing company that Kingfisher Music trades with. Orders that are printed are not entitled for return under the distance selling regulations. We will however review each such request made on an individual basis.
Returns are at the buyers expense unless the goods delivered were faulty or have been supplied in error. Refunds are conducted in the same week as returns are received, less any delivery charges, except where the goods are faulty or have been supplied in error.
If you wish to cancel your order then please contact us immediately by email at: email@example.com, or by using the online ‘Contact Us’ form. Orders that have already gone to press and are ready for dispatch cannot be cancelled.
